Free worldwide delivery on all orders, our average shipping time is 5-10 business days from the date of fulfillment. However, please note delivery times may vary depending on location. For remote areas, shipping may take 10-15 business days.

Order modifications

If you need to make any modifications to your order, please notify us immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, due to the high volume of orders we receive, we may not be able to honor your request before your order is shipped.

We kindly ask that you review your order before submitting, to ensure that all details are correct. If you notice any errors or need to make changes, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist you before your order is shipped. 

Please note that once your order is shipped we cannot make any modifications or changes to it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Failed deliveries

Please ensure that you have provided us with accurate shipping information, including your full name, address including postal codes, and contact information. Failure to do so may result in your package being returned to us, and we will not be responsible for any additional shipping costs or fees associated with the failed delivery. 

In the event that your failed package delivery is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a replacement shipping. Please note that a replacement fee may apply, and we will therefore discuss with you before arranging a replacement shipment.
